Mcdonald & Dodds x Title Sequence

I was given the opportunity to create the title sequence for ITV's new drama, Mcdonald & Dodds. The brief consisted of Escher style artwork and somewhat mysterious/moody, dusk lighting. Set in the city of Bath, numerous reference imagery was taken on location to help match the sandstone textures and aged architecture.

I was able to build, light and texture various 3D scenes highlighting silhouettes to help drive home the shows narrative. A fair amount of post work went into this one; CG birds, sky imagery and a questionable map to name a few.
